Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Wandering Boot Prints is proud to offer a smooth shopping experience alongside a fun and unique collection of photo-fashion products. Part of that uniqueness is the made-to-order nature of every item. All products are custom-printed and individually sewn, sent to production when you place your order. Due to this customization, we are unable to issue returns, refunds, or exchanges.

That said, you can shop with confidence. In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product please complete and submit a Damage Claim Form within 14 days of product delivery. In your submission, include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos documenting the defect or damage. Claims are reviewed promptly and you can expect a response within 2-3 business days.

Color Variation Product colors may differ slightly from what appears on screen, as monitors and mobile displays vary in their ability to reproduce color accurately. Photography lighting conditions and individual display brightness settings can also influence how colors appear.  

Size Variation Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, minor size variations may occur. Please allow for the following size tolerances:

• Tote Bags, Weekenders & Beach Bags — ±0.75"
• Pouches & Kit Bags — ±0.375"
